Terms & Conditions:

1. Entrants must follow ALL the steps mentioned above to qualify for the prize.
2. The prize and/or any parts thereof are for one person only (no partners included), are non-transferrable and cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash or equivalent.
3. Promoter:
   This competition is promoted by Premium Brand Distributors Pty Ltd and Sony in South Africa.
4. Competition Period:
   The competition runs from 1 – 20 March 2019 only. No entries will be accepted after 23h59 on 20 March 2019.
5. Who can enter:
   You are entitled to participate in this competition if you are a natural person who is at least 18 years old and a South African resident. By entering this competition you confirm your availability over the proposed event dates. Also, you may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to Premium Brand Distributors and/or Sony or any other entity directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by either of Premium Brand Distributors and/or Sony, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.
6. Entry fees:
   There are no entry fees to participate in this competition, and no additional charges or purchases are required.
7. Prize:
   The prize and/or parts thereof are for one person only (no partners included) and it consists of a two night stay at Ivory Lodge, testing Sony G-Master lenses and attending an exclusive Sony Wildlife Safari photographic workshop.
8. Selection of Winner:
   The winner will be chosen randomly by lucky draw to be held on 21 March 2019. The application of these rules and the selection of the winner in terms hereof, is final and no correspondence will be entered into with a competition participant other than the winner. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries, or entries sent through agencies and third parties, will not be accepted.
9. Notification of Winner:
   The winner will be notified via email and telephone. Due to the limited time frame, 3 attempts to contact the winner will be made, but if we are unable to contact the winner within 24 hours, such winner will forfeit his/her prize and we reserve the right to redraw such prize.
10. Forfeit:
    There are certain situations in which a winner will forfeit his/her prize, namely: (i) he/she fails to confirm availability to attend the wildlife safari workshop from 27 – 29 March 2019 within 24 hours of it being requested by Premium Brand Distributors; (ii) he/she is found to have contravened any other rule set out herein; or (iii) if it is unlawful for that winner to receive that prize. In the event of a forfeit, Premium Brand Distributors shall be entitled in its sole discretion to select another winner from among the remaining entrants.
11. Use of participant and winner information:
    By participating in this competition, you consent to the use by Premium Brand Distributors and/or Sony or a third party nominated by Premium Brand Distributors and/or Sony of your Participant Information, so that your name and surname, as well as entry can be announced and displayed on the Sony Alpha SA Instagram page or Premium Group website or other company websites. The winner may also be asked to participate in marketing activities, including having his/her photograph taken or being filmed, but he/she will be entitled to decline to do so. The Participant will not be entitled to any form of remuneration as a result of Premium Brand Distributors and/or Sony for using his/her Participant Information.
12. Unforeseen events:
    In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel this competition, or to change the rules at our discretion, or to change the prize at any time without prior notice to you. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Premium Brand Distributors and may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Premium Brand Distributors and/or Sony as a result thereof.
13. Attendance requirements:
    The winner is required to be 18 years or older, a South African resident, and must be available to attend the Sony Wildlife Safari Workshop from 27 to 29 March 2019.
14. Gear for the workshop:
    Sony G-Master lenses will be provided to test during the Sony Wildlife Safari Workshop, however the winner is required to bring his/her own photographic gear, SD card and battery to use during the workshop.
15. Additional Travel & Accommodation:
    This is a Gauteng based initiative. In the event that the winner does not reside in Gauteng, flights to and from Johannesburg, as well as additional accommodation on 26 March 2019, will be provided by the organisers, within reason. Personal travel preferences cannot be accommodated due to the limited time frame available, as flights and/or accommodation will be arranged based on availability.
